Twisted Damascus with integral bolster. Tang extends throughout the walnut handle and is secured with a threaded brass insert. Balances at heel of blade. Approx. 1mm thick spine at heel with a distal taper hence more of a carving knife than a chef's knife. Reduced price due to very slight mis-alignment of blade & handle.
